However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt. Before returning, you are required to email us at email@example.com to notify us of the return. Once items are returned you will receive store credit. Embee Boutique does not offer refunds.
We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have had tags removed. Garments must be unworn and free of odor.
We can offer a store credit (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with the tags intact to us. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
If items are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to return the item to you.
